I have back to school on my mind. This past week, my kids have gone back to school and I’ve been thinking a lot about how September is kind of the start of a new year. The start of brand new adventures, a new set of goals, plans, visions and aspirations. September is a really good starting place.

September is always a great time to talk about learning and continuous learning, at looking at how we can improve the current skills we have.
