Knit City Countdown

Schacht boat shuttle on handwoven cloth

In the last week before Knit City, I’m pushing myself to finish warping two looms, knitting a sweater, and spinning three skeins of yarn.

Inspired by the recent finished projects that I made in our BFL+Silk DK, I’ve been feeling like making more projects with this same yarn.

In this episode of Taking Back Friday, I share the handwoven wrap that I just pulled off the Schacht Baby Wolf loom and how it inspired another sampler with the same yarn. I’m also making intermittent progress on the Beekeeper Cardigan. And the three new “Falling Leaves” spinning fibres that we released have me all excited to spin a couple of sample skeins. It’s a bit much… but it’s all because I’m inspired!

If you’re coming to Knit City next weekend, please be sure to come visit us to see this handwoven wrap, the Baby Wolf loom, and more!
