High Street Ascot in Knitscene Accessories 2015

High-Street-Ascot-by-Faye-Kennington-in-Trinity-Worsted

We are complete suckers for pretty shawls, cowls, and other small accessories that let us play with texture, colour, and lace on a small scale. Naturally, that means we are super excited about the new special issue, Knitscene Accessories 2015!

Over 30 beautifully chic pieces fill the pages, including the High Street Ascot by Faye Kennington, using our very own Trinity Worsted. The merino-cashmere-silk blend adds such a delicious squish to the seed-stitch pattern. A subtle pleat and easy ribbing highlights the drape just so … this sassy little cowl will definitely be a fun knit.

  • Yarn Sweet Georgia Trinity Worsted (70% superwash merino, 20% cashmere, 10% silk; 200 yd 182 m/115 g): sapphire, 2 skeins
  • Gauge 21 sts and 34 rows = 4” in seed st

We keep going back and forth, enamored over the collections, especially every piece in the Little Black Dress and Capitol Couture stories! You can see all of the accessories on the Knitscene site »
