Whether filled with citrus notes or an earthen, herbal depth, when I inhale the fragrant steam of a cup of tea, a bit of magic seems to happen – the world seems to slow down for a minute. Just for a minute. In the crazy busy-ness of the lives we live, that momentary stillness is both blissful and uplifting, soothing and awakening.
