Spring with SweetGeorgia, Vol. 3

Simple, colourful creativity.

That statement has become my mantra since the start of the new year, a self-imposed mission to let loose and see where colour leads me. From learning how to dye yarn during my recent trip to the studio in Vancouver or playing with my new watercolour paint set, Iโ€™ve been following the whim of the muse, exploring how hue and tone meld with texture and pattern.

I am beyond thrilled to present our brand new Spring with SweetGeorgia, Vol. 3 collection, with stories and pieces that capture the very essence of play, juxtaposing vibrant, candy-like colours and delicate, muted hues into a gorgeous harmony. Soft and bold, natural and structured, combined or distinct, the results, from the first moment of colour selection, are fascinating. As the shades unfold into their patterns, itโ€™s almost as if I am witnessing the first blooms of wild growth in early spring.

Whether you are feeling bold or more contemplative, the colourful garments and accessories will delight. From the imaginative use of Party of Five sets to delicate lace that flows with untroubled simplicity, the designs found inside, curated from a fantastic team of designers, promise lightweight, deliciously comfortable knitting. Iโ€™m particularly excited to feature an interview in our eBook with one of our frequent designers, Meg Roke. Her aesthetic, graceful and gentle, fits into the spring season as if made for it.

Browse the lookbook to see all of the yarns, colours, and designs come together!

The patterns are all available individually or in an eBook, both here on our site and on Ravelry. May your knitting be filled with the inspiration and imagination of springโ€™s colourful bounty. #sweetgeorgiayarns
